Oklahoma has closed primaries. Voters registered with a particular party may only vote in that party's primary. However, parties can choose to allow registered Independent voters to also participate in their primaries. You can submit changes to your voter registration using the OK Voter Portal. The deadline to submit a party change before the primary election is 4/30/24 (21 days before primary).
